The ALI vision is to promote gospel growth, humble collaboration and life-long leadership learning among gifted, missional, and anointed Anglican leaders and spouses, helping them gain greater clarity on their calling, ministry and gifts in order to promote healthy churches, provide an environment for humble collaboration, and to strengthen Anglican gospel ministry.
