The Rev. Dr. Allen Hughes

Allen has been serving as an ordained Anglican minister since 1996. He has devoted his time to church planting and raising up and coaching leaders. He and his wife Louise have four sons and live in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
The Rev. David Drake

David has been serving in full-time Christian ministry as a youth minister and pastor since 1991. He is ordained in the ACNA and currently serving Church of the Resurrection in Baltimore, MD. David and his wife Kristin have four daughters.
The Rev. Mike McDonald

Mike has been serving in full-time ministry since leaving engineering in 1999. He held several positions in youth ministry and helped with a church plant before attending seminary at Trinity in Pittsburgh. He is the Senior Pastor of Grace Anglican Church in Jacksonville, FL where he and his family have been since 2007. Mike and Heather have two teenage daughters.
Bishop Trevor Walters

Trevor serves in the field of Christian Mediation and Pastoral Counseling, specializing in the field of External Affirmation Syndrome (a precursor to Burnout). He is the author of two books. At his age, he is surprisingly still employed as a Bishop serving Western Canada, but age can be deceptive!
The Rev. Dr. Ryan O'Dowd

Ryan is the rector of Bread of Life Anglican Church in Ithaca, NY where he also works part-time as a Senior Fellow at Chesterton House at Cornell University. He is the husband of one wife, Amy, father of four children, and the author of three books. Ryan is also in the Air Force Reserves with almost 24 years of service.
Molly Ruch

Molly is married to the Rev. Christian Ruch and they have been involved in the work of church planting in Minnesota. Molly divides her time between the raising of their four children and coaching and training church planters and their teams, all of which she greatly enjoys.
Louise Hughes

Louise is married to Allen Hughes. They have four sons and live in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Louise works with Allen in assessing potential church planters and their spouses. Louise enjoys prayer ministry, teaching, coaching, and writing to help women come into the fullness of their identity in the Lord and discover their specific calling to advance His Kingdom.
The Rev. Andrew O'Dell

Andrew was ordained in 2003 and has served as a pastor in several churches in South Carolina. He is currently serving as the Senior Associate at St. Philip’s Church in Charleston. He and his wife, Ellen, are the proud parents of Lily, a freshman in college, and Andrew, a high school junior.
Chuck Cichowitz

Chuck and wife Lindy founded and led Noahs Ark Rafting and Adventure Program for 38 years. Chuck continues to invest in and serve leaders from around the country while rafting and guiding backcountry trips in Colorado alongside his 2 daughters and son. Chuck has hosted and led the ALI Colorado trip since 2011.
